The scope of data processing depends on whether you use our Website only as a visitor, or whether you also use our Online Contact Form.
1. Collection, Processing and Use of Data
With respect to your visit to our Website we collect, process and use exclusively statistical data in summary form for statistical purposes, in order to determine the amount of incoming data traffic in case problems with our server arise, and in order to administer the Website. These data are anonymised, i.e. we cannot connect them with any individual person.
We only collect, store and use information beyond that when you voluntarily provide it to us. This may happen when using our Online Contact Form (gender, first and last name, company designation, your e-mail address and your message). We use these data according to the applicable legal regulations in order to process your request and to improve our service. This additional information, however, is not necessary when you only visit our Website.
2. Cookies (Not Including Google Analytics)
In order to improve the user-friendliness of our Website we use cookies, even aside from Google Analytics (for more information, see No. 3 below). These cookies are stored temporarily on your computer and are deleted again at the end of your browser session. They contain neither malware nor specific data about any individual person. The cookie serves in particular to improve navigation on our Website. If you would like to deactivate cookies, you can do so in your browser (for further information, please use the help function of the browser you are using). You can delete cookies stored on your computer at any time by deleting temporary Internet files. Please be aware that deactivating or deleting cookies may reduce the functionality and user-friendliness of our Website.
3. Google Analytics
Our Website uses Google Analytics, a Web analysis service from Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies." These are text files which are placed on your computer, and which make analysis of your use of the Website possible. The information about your use of our Website generated through use of such cookies is, as a rule, transmitted to Google servers in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymisation is activated on this Website, Google will abbreviate your IP address in advance, within the Member States of the European Union or in other Contracting States which are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The complete IP address will only be transferred to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there in exceptional cases. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this Website to evaluate your use of this Website, to compile reports about Website activities, and to provide the operator of this Website with additional services related to Website activities and Internet usage. The IP address reported by your browser for purposes of Google Analytics is not combined with other data stored by Google. You can prevent the use of cookies through the appropriate setting in your browser; however, we advise you that, in that case, you will not necessarily be able to take advantage of the full functionality of this Website. In addition, you can prevent the cookie-enabled collection of data related to your use of this Website (including your IP address) as well as the processing of these data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available through the following link (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de).
Use of Web Fonts
We use external fonts on the website, so-called Google Web Fonts. Google Fonts is a service of Google Inc. "("Google"). These web fonts are integrated by a server call, usually a Google server in the USA. This transfers to the server which of our Internet pages you have visited. The IP address of the browser of the visitor's terminal device is also stored by Google. Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy, which you can access here:
